Our age groups

Jr. Youth: grades 7 – 8

Sr. Youth: grades 9 – 12

SMC youth night is a social gathering of youth for the purpose of growing in a relationship with God first and foremost. Friendship building between peers and youth leaders is also encouraged. We spend our time every Wednesday in fellowship, worship through song, devotion, small groups and personal time with Christ.

Code of Conduct and Boundaries at SMC Youth

1. 1. No Bullying: Hands off policy. No wrestling, hitting, pushing, pulling, kicking, couples handholding, etc
2. 2. Leave Your Phone at Home: If you bring your phone, it stays in your pocket. If it leaves your pocket, it will be going in a drop box and can be retrieved at the end of the night
3. 3. Safety Outside: Youth must have adult accompaniment. Stay in well-lit areas. Hanging out in or around vehicles is not permitted. Youth must remain on the property for the entire duration of Youth.
4. 4. Being Mindful: Remember to keep quiet in the hallways (other meetings)
